Junior Plant Controller

This role is a 1-year determined period working assignment as a **Junior Plant Controller **in Tenneco Mondovi, Italy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support Month-end closing and variances analysis;
- Support plant budget, forecast
- Capex control
- Participate in internal audits;
- Provide industrial/financial analysis to support the plant leadership team

**Required Skills**:
**What will make you successful**
- Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent business experience.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and industrial cost control principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Presence of a structured approach gained through experience in exceptional environments.
**Required Experience**
- Experience in similar roles within industrial companies.
- Good Experience with Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with QAD use will be a plus.
