Junior Planner - Curricular Internship

Bata is an international footwear brand, founded by Thomas Bata in 1894, present worldwide with about 40,000 employees, 23 production plants and about 6000 stores in more than 30 countries. We are constantly looking for capable, humble, ambitious people who speak English and are willing to move to other countries or regions during their career.
We are looking for a JUNIOR PLANNER for our planning department with the main purpose to support the team in clustering the right collection for the stores with the goal of maximizing the profitability of the ranges and stores.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Support in providing product sales plan strategy for each season and define the OTB
Support in providing assortment plan (number and depth of option)
Collaborate with purchasing, business analysis and allocation teams
Support in planning quantities per item and related delivery date according to plan
Support in releasing orders to suppliers within deadlines
Support in managing weekly Supplier Deliveries to constantly handle critical situations, delays and obtain best efficiency on the incoming stock.
REQUIREMENTS: Currently enrolled in a University or Master Program
Good in English
Competent in Microsoft Office
Predisposition to Numerical and Analytical skills
WORK LOCATION: Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period
