**Junior Photo Production Assistant (f/m/d)**:
To support our Milan team we are searching for a Junior Photo Production Assistant (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- Support the Photo Production Manager (P.P.M.)
in the day to day running of the Photo Studio
- Assist P.P.M.
with all the model/freelancer bookings and be 1st point of contact regarding these bookings
- Assist P.P.M.
with the model scouting and castings, bearing in mind the improvement and increasing of the model pool
- Support with any technical photography problem that may occur on set
- Assist the Photo Studio Team throughout all stages of the production cycle.
If need act as Stylist Assistant and/or Logistic Assistant
- Ensure all product is managed and handled with care
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Equivalent/Relevant working experience
- Experience working with bookings and/or models is an advantage
- Technical Photography knowledge is an advantage
- Extremely organized and reliable
- Resilient with a Problem solving mentality, able to work in a fast past environment
- Excellent oral and written English knowledge
