The Project Manager is required to:
- Handling of multiple tasks within the assigned projects at the same time, multiple customer's requests in the encouraged timeline with high quality results.
Host and handle customers' visits, prepare presentations, write the minutes of the meetings and teleconferences
- Facilitate the progress of the project activities and support to keep project timelines within the project plans agreed with customer, support to project tasks where needed, facilitating communication flow and exchange of information within project teams, update project and billing plans and support finance by projects billing
- Draft contract based on Company cost structure and guidelines from technical teams, to be provided to quotation team
The Project Manager is required to have strong presentation skills to:

The Project Manager is required the following proficiencies:
- BA or MS in Chemistry/ Pharmacy/ Biological Sciences or similar.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and of Internet and English language!
- Preferably Pharmaceutical background or previous experience in R&D Company.
- 1-3 years in technical field or in a related area (Pharmaceutical laboratories, Clinical trials Manufacture, Commercial Manufacture, Project Management, Financial awareness, Customer contact).
