Euronet seeks to employ a Junior Operations Specialist to support and oversee the operational activities of our ATM network throughout Italy.
The successful candidate will be based in the Milan office and will be part of a Global Operational organization.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with third-party service providers to ensure the daily management of the ATM network, including Cash in Transit, ATM maintenance, telecommunications, etc. Assist in the execution and support interventions by coordinating with Euronet's central functions (mainly Operations and Finance) and interfacing with local suppliers. Monitor the planning and progress of support activities and manage the relationship with field technicians remotely (via email, phone, video calls). Minimum Requirements: Technical diploma. 1-2 years of experience in Operations, Information Technology, or Technical Help Desk functions (backgrounds in help desk services, customer care for large companies, back-office services for operational and technical support are considered a plus). Experience in technical rollouts is preferred. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, and good knowledge of relational databases and data analysis tools. Good command of the English language, both verbal and written. Eligibility to work in the EU on a full-time and permanent basis without employer sponsorship.
