Junior Operations Manager Retail (F/M/D)

The Retail unit team is looking for a person to contribute to the growth and development of new profitability opportunities in collaboration with the Area Manager, Store Managers, and Retail Marketing.Planning and forecasting of sell-in and sell-out activitiesCreating reports on store performance, margins, and potential growth trendsAnalysis of sales mix, pricing, and new sales strategiesEfficiency and effectiveness analysis (cost-saving, warehouse management, customer satisfaction...)Closely collaborating with Retail Marketing for promotional plans and product selectionManaging master data of the cash system (prices, orders, flows...)Minimum Requirements:Diploma in accountancy, scientific high school, informatics, ideally a bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, or mathematicsMinimum of 3 years experience in similar roles, ideally in Retail and/or Food ServiceStrong analytical skills (KPIs, sell-in processing, margin calculation...)Proficient in Excel, ideally with cash systems competenceGood communication skills, proactive, and a team playerPositive attitude and problem solverFluent in German and Italian, English is an advantageLocation: BolzanoIf you are interested in working in an international family-oriented company focused on the future, enthusiastic, and see this role as the next step in your growth, we would be happy to receive your application.#J-18808-Ljbffr
