We are currently looking for a strongly motivated individual to join our all-star, growing team in Milan!
Our Online Store Management team plays a key role in supporting the development and implementation of seasonal operating plans designed to capture global sales for our brand partners' online stores.
What you'll do: Ensure that the online store and overall look and feel of the site reflect the brand's vision. Coordinate and manage digital catalog creation and product shooting plans and guidelines. Manage the flow of goods and price lists according to the delivery plan and the retail plan of the brand partner. Support the searchandising activities and the implementation of the commercial and editorial plan (Promotions and Newsletters). Coordinate product description and translation with internal and external copywriters. Support and coordinate the go live of onsite activities close to new launches. Analyze, share and react to the relevant key performance indicators of the site on a daily basis. Work cross-functionally, communicate and manage processes across departments (Customer Service, Logistic and Tech Team), with the brand partner, and external service providers. What we're looking for: Academic Background in Economics, Management, Marketing or similar degrees. Previous experience in e-commerce, and a passion for fashion, design, luxury, and digital. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Fluency in Italian and English. Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced and dynamic working environment, with a multi-tasking and problem-solving approach. Exceptional attention to detail, reliably proactive, and focused on achieving great results. Ability to work independently while also being a team player. Excellent time management and follow-up skills. Willingness to engage with and ability to communicate effectively across the business and with third parties, at all levels of seniority.
