We are looking for a Junior Officer to work in the Talent Development and Learning Team of HUCAP Unit.

Contributing to the development and management of key learning programs such as the Let's Go Beyond Digital / AI, and key learning processes;
Manage interaction with the different HR functions;
Analyze data and HR metrics.

Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level);
At least 1 year of relevant HR working experience in talent development and learning activities;
Good knowledge of HR principles;
Hands-on experience in HR data analysis;
Behavioural competencies: working with others, cooperation as well as ability to work autonomously; learning agility; problem solving; priority setting and planning.
Assignment: contract of 2 or 3 months, with NO possibility of extensions.
Salary: approx €3500 per month before taxes.
Work modalities: Office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from Parma for the remaining days.
