The purpose of EFSA is to be globally accessible to any person regardless of their age, gender, culture, or ability, to foster the greatest degree of independence.responsabilitàSupport policy design and coordination of processes including onboarding, performance management and promotion;Manage interaction with the different HR functions;Analyze data and HR metrics.esperienza1 annocompetenzeExcellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level); At least 1 year of relevant HR working experience in talent management and performance management;Good knowledge of HR principles;Hands-on experience in HR data analysis; Behavioural competencies: working with others, cooperation as well as ability to work autonomously; learning agility; problem solving; priority setting and planning.Assignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extensions. Expected duration of assignment 12 months. Salary: approx €3400 per month before taxes.Work modalities: Office work is required on at least 2 days per week.
