Requirements: Education: Degree in food science consumer science new product development or equivalent. Experience: 1 2 years experience in the Food Industry. Skills and Attributes: Selfmotivated disciplined and diligent. Creative and innovative mindset. Excellent communication skills. Proactive and solutiondriven. Proficient in Microsoft Office and good computer skills. Positive team player with a meticulous and handson approach. Presentable for customerfacing interactions. Must have own car. Roles and Functions: Raw Material Testing: Test raw materials for cost reduction or replacement backups/alternatives. Conduct shelflife and product testing of raw and final products. Manage inventory control of lab raw materials. Recipe Development and Sensory Evaluation: Assist with recipe development. Conduct tasting and sensory evaluations. Sample Management: Prepare and coordinate samples with customers. Dispatch samples to local and international customers. Project Coordination: Document completion and manage administrative tasks. Coordinate projects between the NPD team and other departments. Assist with the NPD process from concept to launch including: NPD briefs. Spec sheets. Labels. Adminrelated documents for export. Factory Trials and Optimization: Assist with internal factory trials. Continuously drive for optimization and innovation. Serve customer needs effectively.
