Role and Responsabilities The role will see the successful candidate join the Business Systems team as a NetSuite administrator.
The candidate will report to the Business Systems Manager as tutor and will work both alone and as part of a project team.
The role will require the candidate to maintain the NetSuite ERP system, managing updates, implementing improvements and providing general support to users across the business.
Daily activities will include: · Provide user support, liaising with multiple departments · Manage user issue log, resolving or escalating as necessary · Manage Employee records, roles & permissions · Create and maintain KPI's, dashboards, reports and searches · Document processes and provide training to end users · Any other BAU requirements Requirements · Comfort working with dashboards, searches & reports · Comfort in creating and testing processes, documentation development and end user training Preferred Skills · Previous technical helpdesk or support role experience · Some experience on NetSuite at an administrator or power-user level · Fully confident supporting all aspects of O2C and P2P processes · Detail oriented and curious; able to self-motivate, organise and prioritise · Excellent verbal and written skills; able to communicate with users at all business levels What we Offer Initial six-month extracurricular traineeship contract 1.000-euro monthly remuneration.
