JOB PURPOSEThe Junior Media Planner will support in the development and implementation of media strategies that effectively reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives. The candidate will collaborate with senior planner to ensure seamless media planning and execution.
RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in developing media plans across print, digital, outdoor, CTV and other media channels.Conduct audience research and market analysis to support media strategy recommendations.Collaborate with senior media planners to allocate budgets and optimize media spend across channels.Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide insights for ongoing optimization.Prepare and present reports on media campaign performance, including reach, impressions, and OTS.Assist in managing relationships with media vendors and negotiating ad placements.Manage the advertising proof archive.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSMinimum 3 years of experience in media, ideally in the fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
