JK Group is a leader in the production of innovative inks for digital textile printing focusing on water-based pigment, disperse, reactive and sublimation and provides the worldwide digital textile printing market through 2 independent brands: Kiian Digital and J-Teck3.
Whilst within the MS Product Division, you'll be part of a cross-disciplinary, Agile team designing, implementing, validating, and maintaining mechanical subsystems for current and future printers.
You'll have an opportunity to work with talented engineers building complex products, from proof of concept to production, across a variety of printing technologies targeted to meet our customers' needs and the strategic objectives of MS Printing.
What you will do: Perform and lead CAD design, engineering computer simulations, and mechanical engineering related lab experiments in support of design validation and reliability goals.
Deploy state-of-the-art mechanical engineering development practices.
Follow improvement of best practices and tools to improve team efficiency, effectiveness, and mechanical subsystem quality.
What you need to have: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in various Mechanical Engineering research and development roles within an industrial environment is required.
Knowledge of marking and coding equipment is a plus, but not required.
Proven experience in CAD design (Creo Direct/Windchill is a plus) and FEA/CFD analysis.
Thermal/flow/pneumatics/electro-mechanical testing is a plus.
Excellent Italian and English language skills are a must.
