As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at promoting our SaaS platform and driving business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across different countries to support key marketing initiatives and campaigns, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels. Key Responsibilities : Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies in collaboration with the SiA team, focusing on SaaS marketing. Help set and validate marketing objectives for the company. Collaborate with team members across different countries to brainstorm and launch impactful marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. Support the execution of digital marketing strategies, including social media, online advertising, and email marketing, to engage target personas and boost brand visibility. Contribute to managing and optimizing the company website and SEO strategy to improve search visibility. Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, video) targeting specific customer segments. Help maintain consistent branding and messaging in marketing materials for partners. Assist in creating engaging content, including videos, blogs, and whitepapers. Support ongoing marketing initiatives such as newsletters and blogs to build and nurture client relationships. Identify relevant events for sponsorship or attendance and take a leadership role in organizing local events, meet-ups, and roundtables with support from the Business Development team. Additional Responsibilities : Analyze customer and partner data to understand their needs and pain points. Monitor and evaluate marketing performance metrics to provide insights and actionable recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader business objectives. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with SaaS products and marketing. Familiarity with AI tools to enhance work efficiency. Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in digital marketing techniques such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Good knowledge of Hubspot. Excellent project management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and external partners. Enthusiasm for innovation and keeping up with marketing trends. Work Experience : Previous experience in marketing, especially within the B2B SaaS sector, is preferred but not required. Reporting : You will report directly to the Country Head & Marketing Lead, with ultimate oversight from the CEO. Contract Type : 6-month internship with potential for full-time hire based on performance, or fixed-term contract depending on experience.
