Responsibilities: Lead the administrative support for our hotel in Florence and be the contact person for the hotel managerParticipate in coordination with our external service providers (e.g. accounting, system providers)Support with accounting tasks (including all cash registers and other information systems)Take care of invoice management (debtors and creditors) and paymentsWork on the preparation of reporting for management and our investorsSupport the management and further development of commercial structures, processes and systemsQualifications: Successfully completed hotel-specific training and/or have a degree in the commercial sectorGained professional experience in the hotel industry, ideally in the field of finance / controlling / accounting and in the Italian marketGood knowledge of internal accounting as well as basic knowledge of financial accounting, balance sheet accounting, controlling and inventory managementEntrepreneurial thinking and behavior as well as strong analytical, commercial and quantitative understanding are among your strengthsWork conscientiously, independently and with the right level of detail orientationA high level of loyalty and confidentialityKnowledge of accounting systems, good Excel skills and are comfortable working digitallyFluent in Italian and English and ideally have knowledge of the German languageWhat's in for you?
