Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: are an important part of an exciting and versatile team lead the administrative support for our hotel in Florence and be the contact person for the hotel manager participate in coordination with our external service providers (e.g.
accounting, system providers) support with accounting tasks (including all cash registers and other information systems) take care of invoice management (debtors and creditors) and payments work on the preparation of reporting for management and our investors support the management and further development of commercial structures, processes and systems We've been waiting for you, since you have/are: successfully completed hotel-specific training and/or have a degree in the commercial sector gained professional experience in the hotel industry, ideally in the field of finance / controlling / accounting and in the Italian market good knowledge of internal accounting as well as basic knowledge of financial accounting, balance sheet accounting, controlling and inventory management entrepreneurial thinking and behavior as well as strong analytical, commercial and quantitative understanding are among your strengths work conscientiously, independently and with the right level of detail orientation a high level of loyalty and confidentiality knowledge of accounting systems, good Excel skills and are comfortable working digitally fluent in Italian and English and ideally have knowledge of the German language What's in for you?
