At Eni we are looking for a Junior M&A Analyst who, within Plenitude, will provide support in the management and implementation of acquisition and divestment operations for the area of expertise.

Within the M&A team, you will be responsible for:
Support in identifying opportunities and starting the investigation and due diligence process, up to the stages of submitting/receiving offers, negotiation, execution of contracts and closing of the operation.
Provide support in coordinating the multidisciplinary working group established for the implementation of the operation.
This is the opportunity for you if you meet these requirements:
Master's degree in economic and financial disciplines, or alternatively in Management Engineering.
Maximum 3 years of experience.
Good knowledge of the English language.
Work Location: Milan
Contract Type: Professional apprenticeship; a permanent contract may be considered based on experience gained.
