Milano e provinciaOur client is looking for an outstanding Junior Analyst with min 6 months and Importante Azienda 1.5 year of previous experience in investment, M&A, corporate finance or transaction with a brilliant academic degree.Being responsible of financial modeling and analysisManage and assist in the execution of marketing materials for sell-side and buy-side transactionConducting industry and company-specific researchEnsuring the accuracy of all presentation materialsSupporting the due diligence processContributingto client meetingsRequisiti:
Degree in corporate finance and/or accounting with an high results
Prior 6 months to 1.5 year in M&A or investment banking experience is required
Fluent in English and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
Strong analytical and modelling skills
Knowledge of accounting and financial concepts
Be self-motivated, manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
