Operations are now seeking a fresh graduate for the Logistics Specialist role to join the team.
Location: our plant in Landriano, Pavia, Lombardy, IT Reporting Into: Logistics Manager Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing: Support the Logistic Manager on costs and processes improvement related to the Inbound area.
Implement tools and systems to optimize activities and improve service levels.
Interact with Business Departments and Finance for operational management of supplies.
Work closely with 3PL to monitor processing priorities.
Support Vendor's relationship management.
Manage criticalities and non-conformities with 3PL.
Identify performance deviations and implement corrective actions.
Act as a contact point for operational issues with 3PL.
The type of person we are looking for: Curious and willing to learn about logistics flows.
Fresh graduate (preferably in Economics, Engineering, Finance or similar); no prior experience required.
Proficient in English and Italian.
Good knowledge of Office Suite.
Problem-solving skills and results-oriented.
Ability to work well in a team.
Excellent communication skills.
