**Position Overview**
As a Junior Logistics Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Logistics team, responsible, with your tutor for both daily operations and strategic endeavors aimed at enhancing our transport flows and networks. The final objective is to serve as the primary point of contact for various logístical tasks, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of our supply chain.
**What you need to succeed**
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, economics or similar
- Fluency in Italian and English required (minimum B2); knowledge of a third language is a plus
- Good knowledge of Excel and Office package (Access, Power Point,)
- Interest for Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines
- Good team attitude
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Passion for the Fashion Industry is a must!
The Junior Logistics Specialist will join the Logistics team and act as the go-to person for day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives aimed at streamlining transport flows and networks.
**In particular**:
- Daily inventory check
- Manage inbound & outbound flow (B2B & B2C)
- Processing importation and exportation
- Manage an additional request from the business
- EAN codes, labelling management
- Intercompany transfers
- Manages relationships with external stakeholders (suppliers, warehouses, last mile providers, etc.) in order to monitor and optimize order fulfillment and their respective delivery.
- Supports the Logistics Manager in defining and developing logístical transport scenarios and flows to optimize service levels.
