Junior Logistic Engineer

Job Description We are looking for a  Junior Logistic Engineer  to join our Team in the Automotive field.  The candidate will be responsible to design the components logistics flows feeding a new assembly line.
The scope is from the reception dock (reception of material) to the final line-side (assembly).
Location: Melfi   MAIN TASKS Realize the studies (providing optimized layout, calculating the logistics headcount needed, defining the CAPEX needed) Handle the physical implementation afterwards (ordering the material needed in the studied zone, planning the deployment, following-up the installation and realizing handover to final plant users when the job is done) Report the status and allocated KPIs at each phase of the project We expect the candidate to: Maintain good communication within the project team as well as with the plant's staff members  Be a driving force in the continuous improvement process Qualifications Skills required Knowledge of Logistics and Lean management Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Experience with AUTOCAD  English: minimum B1 Italian: minimum B2 Attributes required Quick thinking Decisiveness, Showing strong initiative and self-determination Responsive, adaptable and meticulous Good team spirit & communication skills (orally and in writing) 1-5 years' experience in the automotive industry and / or internal flows is a strong asset Additional Information What we offer: CCNL Metalmeccanico contract Health insurance Meal vouchers or canteen Informal, stimulating, dynamic and inclusive environment Welfare programs     Attention to Work-Life Balance Continuous on the job training process Cross sector and cross-functional career paths Development of soft skills Consolidated partnerships with leading companies in the sector and the best universities   At SEGULA Technologies, diversity, fairness and inclusion are at the heart of our HR policy.
