**Junior Licensing Specialist**:

At Diesel Headquarter located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a **Junior Licensing Specialist** who will be placed within the Licensing Department.
The role will report to the Accessories and Special Projects Manager and will be responsible for the development and implementation of Diesel Licensed products with specific focus on eyewear and special projects.
**The role's main responsibilities are**:
- Support the arrangement and management of Diesel license agreements for the assigned license categories, fostering and enforcing Diesel interests, and monitor the compliance to contractual obligations;
- Monitor all channels performance, build reports and presentations, define consequent actions in cooperation with main stakeholders from other HQ functions;
- Monitor sales, track royalty income and financial performance, and run related weekly / monthly analysis;
- Monitor seasonal product development and support the definition and successful execution of processes and seasonal calendars;
- Collect and build product tech packs and pricing grids for collection coding and supervise the implementation in internal systems for buying campaigns;
- Partner with the licensee Brand and Retail function to define the right store assortments for license categories, coordinating buying as well as store allocation process;
- Coordinate and supervise logistic and operational flows aimed at implementing new partnerships within Diesel Network
- Partner with Marketing function to develop marketing strategies and activities for the assigned license categories, contributing to the successful execution of marketing initiatives to ensure the enforcement of Diesel interests;
- Work closely with Retail function to develop supporting tools for product knowledge and specific contents for DRES platform (Diesel digital platform meant to communicate, engage and train our store network worldwide);
- Create and update visual guidelines and training materials for stores in alignment with the new launches;
- Create and Update competitive market analysis for all assigned license categories and identify new opportunities.

- Diesel Subsidiaries
- Licensing Partners' counterparts
**What requirements you need to have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Marketing studies, required.
- 1/2 year experience as Licensing Specialist / Brand Specialist or similar roles, required.
- Expert technical skill proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Excel and Powerpoint and basic knowledge of web analytics, required.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Advanced organizational skills and analytical mindset are key requirements.
