BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
We are looking for a Licensing & Partnerships Specialist, who will join the Licensing & Partnerships office at Zegna, Luxury Menswear Company. This role will give you involvement in some exciting new projects and the opportunity to work in a supportive and motivated team.

In this role, you will: Work with the team to design and execute projects that are strategic to create a deep connection with the brandCollaborate with different functions to design and execute key projects, both at operational and strategic levelWork on the collection development at 360', from briefing and ideation to the go-to-market strategic planningCollaborate with the communication, e-commerce, and consumer experience teams to deliver an exciting and consistent narrative of the brandAnalyse sales, market, and clients to define the best strategies to drive business growthDrive independent optimisation plans through analysis of data setsBe responsible for day-to-day tracking of the projects and the related activitiesEnsure a constant master data, pricing, and internal platforms updateCoordinate with customer service department to ensure orders fulfilment What makes you, makes our team

For this role, we're looking for someone with:Max 2 years experience in a similar role, previous experience in Fragrances and Beauty industry is a plusMaster's degree in Economics, Business, Management or similarFluent English, French is well appreciated, other languages a plusExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes simultaneouslySelf-starter, pro-active and determined, with a strong propensity for action and resultsAbility to transform ideas and projects into actual business opportunitiesAbility to observe, analyze, and comprehend even the most minute aspects of tasks and activities, being meticulous, precise, and thorough.Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPointAnalytical skillsReady to work in a competitive environmentAvailability for business travel What makes you, makes our legacy
