Junior Legal Specialist M/F

Provide legal advice on corporate issues.
Manage the Corporate secretary: management of the boards of directors, meetings and internal board committees, taking minutes of meetings and keeping the company books.
Draft, review and negotiate procurement contracts and contracts in general, ensuring compliance with current regulations and company standards.
Support in the management and resolution of disputes, both in and out of court, and in the management of legal risks.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective management of legal projects.
Keep up to date on applicable corporate and procurement regulations and laws.
