Join our in-house legal team to provide comprehensive legal support to our Italian operations within a leading multinational telecom company!
Responsabilità Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts in the ICT/Telco sector, including finance-related agreements. Prepare official documents, policies, and awareness materials. Ensure compliance with external regulations and internal policies, focusing on competition law, trade secrets protection, anti-bribery, and Legislative Decree 231. Provide legal assessments for daily operations. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders. Understand complex business models to offer proactive legal advice. Support other European platforms as needed. Functie-eisen Qualifications/Experience: Master s degree in Italian Law, Economics or Management Engineering. Experience in contract management or compliance activities: Corporate Law, Compliance (231 model, Anti-bribery, GDPR, trade secrets protection), Commercial Law, Civil Law, and contract review. Experience in litigation, tender contracts (public and private sectors), Competition Law, Public Contract Law, and Labor Law is a plus. Strong drafting, negotiation, and commercial acumen. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in Chinese and English. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
