The successful candidate will support compliance activities, contract drafting and review, and ensure compliance with national and international regulations related to digital services, data protection (GDPR), and intellectual property.Key Responsibilities:Assist the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and licensing agreements.Provide support on legal matters related to data protection (GDPR) and information security.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.Monitor regulatory changes in the IT and telecommunications sectors.Participate in corporate compliance management and activities related to intellectual property protection.Prepare documentation and provide support in managing legal disputes and conflict resolution.Assist in due diligence operations and provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions.What we are looking for:PASSION: Someone interested in innovation and the tech industry.
