The Junior Legal Officer will be working within the Global Entity Management team (GEM) and will support it to ensure timely and quality daily deliverables of excellent services.
S/he will support the team in all administrative tasks and corporate secretarial activities under close supervision, and at the same time will be supported for growth by one of our Seniors and TMF Business Academy with a curriculum in English and Italian.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Helps prepare drafts of legal documents referring to corporate secretarial activities (deeds, contracts, minutes, certificates)
- Helps adjourning client corporate books
- Maintains key corporate documents and records
- Collects documents for the notification to the tax office in regard to corporate changes
- Collects documents for the notification to business register in regard to corporate changes
- Establishes, maintains, processes, and updates files, records, certificates, and/or other documents
- Collects documents for the communications agency revenue
- Handling internal TMF/client archives
**About you**
**_ Ideally, you meet the following criteria:_**
- Basic Knowledge of English (A2 - B1)
- Proficiency with MS Office package
- Degree in Law
- Up to 1 year of experience in similar organizations
- Responsible and organized individual
- Good communication skills
- Concern for quality
- Problem-solving attitude
