Junior Legal Credit Specialist

Consistently with the defined guidelines and within the relevant procedures, supervise the correct and timely management of credit disputes, also in terms of reporting and internal compliance.
Responsibilities and daily activitiesDrafting contractual documents: prepare the transaction documents necessary to ensure credit management, consistently with the guidelines defined by the Credit Manager.Assist in the debt collection process in the judicial and extrajudicial phase, coordinating any external lawyers appointed and supporting the mediation proceedings.Ensure internal compliance in the management of credit disputes by guaranteeing compliance with relevant company procedures.Collaborate in regulatory updates, drafting opinions on regulatory changes impacting credit management.Skills & ExperienceLegal Degree1-3 years of experience in similar roles, gained in professional firmsGood digital skills (Office 365 and management systems)Goal orientation and problem solvingCommunication skills and excellent teamworking attitude#J-18808-Ljbffr
