The Role: We are looking for a passionate Junior Legal Counsel joining the Italian legal team as part of the growing European Legal & Compliance Team in a highly dynamic and international environment.
The position will be based in Milano.
You will support the business of Xiaomi with your pragmatic, business oriented and pro-active advice.
Given the range of Xiaomi`s business, the position will include all fields of Law and you will be required to step out of the comfort zone in a startup-like environment.

The position will include the following tasks: Legal Advice and Research on Laws and Regulations Draft, Review and Negotiate a wide variety of national and international contracts Drafting of Guidelines, Policies and Templates Review of Marketing Material and Marketing Campaigns Communication with Regulatory Authorities Dealing with disputes and claims Support in promoting the Compliance Program Liaise with the EU and HQ Legal Team Assist in the further development of the Legal & Compliance Department Candidate Profile: Mandatory qualifications Italian Law Qualification with at least 1 year PQE Fluent in Italian (native) and English Strong commercial sense and pragmatism Being able to prioritize and handle tight deadlines Curiosity, desire to grow and learn in a dynamic, young and fast-growing environment Candidates without the above mandatory qualification and proven experience/expertise cannot be considered.
Nice to have but not mandatory Prior experience within our industry Any other language skills like but not limited to French, German or Chinese.
