Junior Legal Affairs Specialist

The Junior Legal Affairs Specialist will be responsible for the review, drafting, and negotiation of the corporate contracts of the De'Longhi Group, with particular reference to those of the ICT, and for the consultancy to all company functions, providing support to colleagues in the Legal Office and managing the relationships with external consultants.
The Junior Legal Affairs Specialist will collaborate in the activities of the Legal Affairs Manager's areas of compliance expertise, following any updates to the sector regulations concerning the company business on Consumer Law and Competition Law.
Main Responsibilities:Drafting & reviewing the main business contracts of De'Longhi Group, including:ICT contractsIntellectual property contracts (licensing, research and development, etc.)Procurement and sales contractsRental contractsServices and logistics contractsJob ProfileQualifications, knowledge:
