Junior Legal Advisor

Tailor&Fox – your HR Business Partner - for a Multinational that operates in the photovoltaic sector -, to strengthen its internal structure, has asked us to search for the following professional profile: JUNIOR LEGAL ADVISOR The candidate will directly report to the Legal Counsel for Italy, taking care of following duties: - Drafting of deeds and contracts related to the development of projects (leases, mortgage assignments, easement, etc.
), - Management and follow-up of authorization and administrative files, - Support for VDA and legal due diligence, - Support in Privacy compliance and model 231, - Support on the corporate (organization of meeting minutes of assemblies and invitations), - Review and preparation of standard contracts (EPC and O&M intercompany), - Coordination with notaries, law firms, clients, third parties and other team members, - Support to the legal team in conducting legal research and regulatory monitoring, - Research in urban planning law, property law and environmental law - Reporting updating department databases and platforms, - Participation in legal relations and implementation of guidelines and processes, - Centralization of legal documentation.
-Degree in Law, with at least two years of experience in a law firm and/or company (a minimum of experience in litigation will be considered a plus).
- Fluent in English and Italian (both spoken and written), including legal drafting skills.
- Good IT skills.
- True team player and dedicated problem-solver with a can-do attitude who is interested in handling multiple assignments.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently to deadlines, multitask and prioritize when necessary but also use own initiative where appropriate.
- Strong attention to detail.
