;), you will work independently in the context of all our IT matters and will be responsible for the introduction, configuration and maintenance of our operational IT system in a trio with two IT colleagues.
Are you still a "junior"?
No problem, we'll take our time and introduce you to our IT world with a lot of patience and step by step.
Your tasks as a (junior) IT system administrator at FortSchritt Technical support and IT onboarding and offboarding for and from our colleagues on site, who primarily come from the social sector and are generally not IT nerds ;).
Administration, optimization and further development of our existing IT infrastructure (system, server and network infrastructure) as well as ensuring stable system operation System monitoring, update and backup control.
Implementation and control of emergency plans and emergency hardware, as well as process optimizations in the entire IT system landscape.

What you bring with you Completed training in IT, information technology, IT systems management assistant or similar Professional experience in IT administration (especially in the Windows world, Office 365, Onedrive, etc.)
