About the Company:  for a global player in the live Entertainment field, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for 1 Junior  IT Support Specialist .
Core Responsibilities: The IT Support Specialist will support all daily activities related to the management of IT net and structures, devices and software of offices in Milan Headquarters.
Support and manage with the installation of new hardware and software of employees and of the office Support and manage installation and maintenance of the already existing hardware/software infrastructure Support the daily activities of our users.
- Must Have:  Ability to diagnose problems and to deal with Mac and Microsoft systems, printers and smartphones management, mail systems, DropBox etc.
Proven track record of Helpdesk activities Multitasking attitude Very good communication skills (in order to deal with internal and external customers) Knowledge of Gmail, Mail management and related groups, network fundamentals and knowledge of the basic software packages Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills Good English, knowledge of other foreign languages is appreciated - Location: Milan #J-18808-Ljbffr
