About the Company: for a global player in the live entertainment field, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for 1 Junior IT Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities:The IT Support Specialist will support all daily activities related to the management of IT networks and structures, devices, and software of offices in Milan Headquarters.
Support and manage the installation of new hardware and software for employees and the office.Support and manage the installation and maintenance of the existing hardware/software infrastructure.Support the daily activities of our users.Must Have:Ability to diagnose problems and manage Mac and Microsoft systems, printers, and smartphones, mail systems, DropBox, etc.Proven track record of Helpdesk activities.Multitasking attitude.Very good communication skills (to deal with internal and external customers).Knowledge of Gmail, mail management and related groups, network fundamentals, and basic software packages.Excellent organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.Good English; knowledge of other foreign languages is appreciated.Location: Milan
