Junior IT Specialist We are looking for a Junior IT Specialist to join our in-house IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure, helping to ensure that our computer systems, networks and technology equipment operate efficiently and securely. This position requires flexibility for occasional travel between company locations to configure IT equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enterprise Network Management Support: Assisting with network configuration and maintenance (switches, firewalls, servers) and monitoring and troubleshooting connectivity issues. User Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software problems and assist in training staff on the use of IT tools. Hardware and Software Maintenance: Support the installation and updating of operating systems, software applications and hardware devices. Assist in the administration of servers and databases. Backup and Data Security: Perform regular backups of company data and support the management of disaster recovery plans. Help implement and monitor information security policies to protect corporate data. Documentation and Reporting: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and the production of periodic reports on IT activities and systems performance. REQUIREMENTS:
IT related diploma or degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification. Minimum experience in a similar role or internship in the IT sector. Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux). Interest in network, firewall and VPN management. Initial familiarity with virtualisation systems (VMware, Hyper-V). Basic knowledge of programming and database management (Microsoft SQL). PERSONAL SKILLS:
