Tyvak International is seeking new members to join their team to support space missions development.
As a Junior IT Helpdesk (part-time 21 h) – protected categories (L.68/99) Vacancy is expected to be filled in no more than 30 calendar days from the completion of the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Day to Day support to IT manager in back-office network activities, providing essential services for everyday work.Support to IT manager in setup, management and first level troubleshooting of company laptops.Troubleshoot business user issues related to hardware, software, and networks.Monitor and manage Service Desk tickets to ensure fast response times and effective resolutions.PC and Mobile set-up.Confidentiality and precision in the management of company data and tools, according to internal policies.Minimum Requirements: Protected categories (L.68/99) is mandatory.Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years).In-person work is mandatory.Knowledge of common IT practices, network concepts, and distributed systems.The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-starting, enthusiastic, and can perform duties autonomously.Good stress management, proactivity, and problem solving.Other Information: Contract type: temporary contract – 12 months with the possibility of extension.Part-time (21 hours per week).Required Skills: Background in computer science subjects or related field.Knowledge of IT systems and applications.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365.Preferred Skills: Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools.Knowledge in networks (LAN/WAN) at layer 2/3/4.Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux, Microsoft Intune, and iOS systems.Good knowledge of English written and spoken.Salary and benefits are market competitive.
