Junior It Business Analyst

To perform high quality IT Business Analysis across all phases of the application/project lifecycle, using cross functional knowledge to demonstrate a clear capability to add value across Daimler Truck, our customers and our business partners. You will be supporting our transformation team, on identifying applications and systems which can be standardised or replaced, and focusing on simplification, digitalisation and cost reduction.ACCOUNTABILITIESRequirements gathering : identify Business Requirements Specifications. Gather and prioritise business requirements. Facilitate and participate in workshops and write up notes. Produce and issue all documents associated with these activities.Business Process Modelling : Analyzing and documenting existing business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and proposing solutions to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance productivityIT Solutions Assessment : Prepare Business Cases and Feasibility Studies in conjunction with the business.Project Management : Maintain an awareness of the overall business context of the project. Notify the Project Manager of any risks and issues as they become apparent. Support the User Acceptance Test activity and rollout and go Live activities. Prepare User Acceptance Test Plans in conjunction with the business and support the business in the execution of these tests. Prepare Go or No Go decisions. Prepare Risk analysis and recommendations.Documentation & training : Assist the business and service provider in the preparation of User Guides and related user documentation & trainings.KEYSKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCEProfessional Skills:- Good knowledge of business processes & business strategy- Good knowledge in developing business plans, gap analysis and recommendations- Waterfall and Agile project management methods (e.G.
