Position: Full time Location: Remote (based in Germany) or in Berlin Start date: Immediate or by arrangement Languages: Italian & English Company Description For one of the fastest growing beauty brands, we are looking for creative support for our influencer marketing team.
As a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will be instrumental in representing our brand on various social media platforms and increasing our reach.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working across disciplines and can implement ideas both strategically and creatively.
Your campaigns and concepts should not be limited to one channel, but should be thought through, tested and implemented across all relevant media.
If you enjoy juggling between different social media platforms, marketing strategies and creative concepts, you will be a perfect fit for our team.
Your responsibilities You will be responsible for your own influencer marketing campaigns: Revenue and budget responsibility for ITALY.
You will be responsible for the planning & execution of influencer campaigns and know how to find and analyse relevant influencers for the brand.
You will keep an eye on your campaigns, monitor their development & profitability and derive optimization measures.
You will identify the most promising collaborations & influencers and strengthen the relationship between the brand and the influencer.
You will implement our influencer marketing strategy to secure the company's sales growth target.
You will analyze the influencer marketing campaigns to understand the results and report on the relevant KPIs.
Your profile You have a degree in marketing, communications or business studies.
You are very data-driven, familiar with all common marketing KPIs (ROI, CPC, CPM, CTR, etc.)
and can work with Google Analytics.
You are curious, highly motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
You are fluent in Italian and English.
