More information is available at essity.com.About the RoleFor our Altopascio production plant, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Industrial Controller to join our Finance team.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the financial and management control activities of the plant, contributing to the optimization of processes and ensuring accurate monitoring of the site's financial performance.What You Will DoSupport the management control team in preparing monthly reports, analyzing costs and revenues related to industrial production.Monitor and analyze cost variances (standard vs. actual) and provide suggestions to improve production efficiency.Collaborate with various departments within the plant to gather data and information needed for the site's economic and financial management.Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, monitoring progress and identifying any discrepancies.Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in the finance area and contribute to the digitization of management control processes.Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data related to the production cycle, with a focus on reducing industrial costs.Who You AreDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a production or industrial environment.Good knowledge of industrial accounting and cost analysis tools.Advanced skills in Excel and ERP systems (preferably SAP).Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.Good knowledge of English and Italian.What We Can Offer YouA one-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of renewal.A stimulating and international work environment with opportunities for professional growth.Continuous training and personalized development plans.The opportunity to work on significant projects in an innovative and sustainability-oriented company.Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
