Junior Human Resources - Labor Relations In this role you will support HR Country officer and the organisation in the following activities:

Implementation of the organization's employee relationsCoordinate employee and labour relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practicesHR projectsNegotiations and dispute resolution with employees, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labour relations authorities, and other agencies to protect the organization's interestsHR employee life cycle events and processesAll other duties as assigned What we'll need from you: Management of HR employee life cycle events and processesExperience with international environmentFluent in Italian and English Education: Bachelors/University degree, Master's degree (Human Resources and/or Employment law)

Time Type: Full time – Fixed term contract – Ral to be defined – based in Milan.
