Junior Human Resources - Labor Relations

Adecco Credit & Banking is hiring for an international financial institution Junior Human Resources - Labor Relations In this role you will support HR Country officer and the organisation in the following activies • implementation of the organization's employee relations • Coordinate employee and labour relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices • HR projects • Negotiations and dispute resolution with employees, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labour relations authorities, and other agencies to protect the organization's interests • HR employee life cycle events and processes • All other duties as assigned What we'll need from you • Management of HR employee life cycle events and processes • Experience with international environment • Fluent in Italian and English Education: Bachelors/University degree, Master's degree (Human Resources and/or Employment law) We offer a fixed term contract until February 2025, maternity cover, with possibility of extension.
Full time – Ral to be defined – based in Milan.
