Join Our Team as a Junior HR Business Partner! We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Junior HR Business Partner to support our Human Resources initiatives and contribute to the success of our operations.
** Your Role**: We are seeking a Junior HRBP to join our team. In this role, you will support various HR initiatives, working closely with a senior HRBP and business leaders, with a focus on 10+ plants/fulfillment centers across the country. ** Your Responsibilities**:
- Act as a trusted advisor and support decisions impacting people, organization, culture, and business results.
- Establish and maintain relationships with colleagues to drive the effective execution of HR strategies, programs, and projects, collaborating closely with HR centers.
- Support in managing employee relations matters and relationships with Unions and Workers' Councils, including litigation prevention and management.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings and negotiations with unions.
- Support negotiation and definition of supplementary agreements according to the applicable CLA.
- Draft complex labour relations-related documents, including disciplinary actions and other related documentation
- Support in compensation review process.
- Support the implementation of talent management and people development processes.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- University degree in law, focus on labor law preferred
- Flexibility to travel across the country
- 2 years of experience in HR role/law firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Italian and English
