Your Role We are seeking a Junior HRBP to join our team. In this role, you will support various HR initiatives, working closely with a senior HRBP and business leaders, with a focus on 10+ plants/fulfillment centers across the country. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in human resources and enhance their knowledge in labour relations.Your Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor and support decisions impacting people, organization, culture, and business results. Establish and maintain relationships with colleagues to drive the effective execution of HR strategies, programs, and projects, collaborating closely with HR centers. Support in managing employee relations matters and relationships with Unions and Workers' Councils, including litigation prevention and management. Assist in the coordination of meetings and negotiations with unions. Support negotiation and definition of supplementary agreements according to the applicable CLA. Draft complex labour relations-related documents, including disciplinary actions and other related documentation Support in compensation review process. Support the implementation of talent management and people development processes. Your Skills and Experiences University degree in law, focus on labor law preferred Flexibility to travel across the country 2 years of experience in HR role/law firm Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
