He/she acts as a consultant, aligning HR practices with business goals to support the organization's success.PILLAR ACTIVITY AREASupport in providing guidance to managers and employees on all HR related topicsManage the full organization of onboarding of new employeesSupport in hiring by connecting Departments' needs with TA search activityConsult with junior managers and provide daily HR guidanceSupport in resolving complex employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and address grievancesSupport in educating, coaching, and partnering with managers on performance management and employee development goalsSupport in developing people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfactionSupport in driving core HR processes across the organization (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions)Support in educating team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitionsSupport in analyzing trends and metrics within the HR departmentEvaluate training programs (analysis of needs and implementation)Support in performing organizational development analysisRequirementsBachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or Psychology is highly preferred1-2 years of experience in HRExperience with HR Systems and applications; Good level of MS Office (including Word, Outlook, and Excel)Understanding of all HR functions and best practicesProficient level of EnglishRelationship management, especially at managerial levelsComprehensive understanding of employment lawsHigh degree of organizational and time management skills; able to set and manage expectations and competing prioritiesHighly detail-oriented, analytic, energetic, and self-motivated #J-18808-Ljbffr
