The Junior HR Business Partner supports the Head of Talent Management, consults with line management, provides daily HR guidance, analyzes trends and metrics, helps in resolving complex employee relations issues, and improves work relationships and productivity. He/she acts as a consultant, aligning HR practices with business goals to support the organization's success.
PILLAR ACTIVITY AREA
Support in providing guidance to managers and employees on all HR related topics Manage the full organization of onboarding of new employees Support in hiring by connecting Departments' needs with TA search activity Consult with junior managers and provide daily HR guidance Support in resolving complex employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and address grievances Support in educating, coaching, and partnering with managers on performance management and employee development goals Support in developing people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction Support in driving core HR processes across the organization (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions) Support in educating team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions Support in analyzing trends and metrics within the HR department Evaluate training programs (analysis of needs and implementation) Support in performing organizational development analysis Requirements
Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or Psychology is highly preferred 1-2 years of experience in HR Experience with HR Systems and applications; Good level of MS Office (including Word, Outlook, and Excel) Understanding of all HR functions and best practices Proficient level of English Relationship management, especially at managerial levels Comprehensive understanding of employment laws High degree of organizational and time management skills; able to set and manage expectations and competing priorities Highly detail-oriented, analytic, energetic, and self-motivated #J-18808-Ljbffr
