About the role: We are currently looking for a talented young graduate to join our Human Resources Business Partner Team for a fixed term position. You will join a team of 6 colleagues in the Italian Business Unit and you will be focused on Marketing, Trade Marketing, Commercial Supply Chain Areas.
You will gain knowledge of Ferrero HR key processes and you will interact with all HR departments.
Main Tasks: In this role, you will support the team in activities involving:
• HR key processes (workforce planning and budgeting; performance management and reward; career and individual development etc…)
• Collection and analysis of KPI's and preparation of HR reports and dashboards
• Interaction with all HR centers of expertise – i.e. Talent Development, Reward, Administration
• HR projects
• Employer Branding
• Recruitment
• Talent Management
Who we are looking for: • Successfully completed Business/Economic/Humanistic studies
• A person with analytical attitude with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point as a must
• Previous experience in HR
• Proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that may involve confidential or sensitive matters
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills and high professional standards
• Fluent in Italian and English
