Adecco Credit & Banking is hiring for an international financial institution Junior HR Generalist - Labour Relations In this role you will support HR Country officer and the organisation in the following activies - implementation of the organization's employee relations - Coordinate employee and labour relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices - HR projects - Negotiations and dispute resolution with employees, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labour relations authorities, and other agencies to protect the organization's interests - HR employee life cycle events and processes - All other duties as assigned What we'll need from you - Management of HR employee life cycle events and processes - Experience with international environment - Fluent in Italian and English Education: Bachelors/University degree, Master's degree (Human Resources and/or Employment law) Time Type: Full time - Fixed term contract - Ral to be defined - based in Milan.
