Junior HR Generalist - Labour Relations In this role you will support the HR Country officer and the organization in the following activities:

Implementation of the organization's employee relations.Coordinate employee and labour relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices.HR projects.Negotiations and dispute resolution with employees, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labour relations authorities, and other agencies to protect the organization's interests.HR employee life cycle events and processes.All other duties as assigned. What we'll need from you:Management of HR employee life cycle events and processes.Experience with international environment.Fluent in Italian and English. Education:Bachelors/University degree, Master's degree (Human Resources and/or Employment law).

Time Type: Full time – Fixed term contract – Ral to be defined – based in Milan.
