THE IMPACT:
Runs the daily function of the Human Resources Department spreading the HR practices within the organization.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Review and track mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments;
- Carry out the recruitments process collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for open positions;
- Guarantee accurate and timely documentation on the main procedures and/or critical issues in human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management;
- Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations, reviewing policies and practices;
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
**Requisiti**:
- At least Master's degree
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Previous experience (thesis or internship) in similar role will be considered a plus
- Good Knowledge of Office Suite
