Aptar Italia, a company operating in the packaging market in the Beauty segment - with 2 plants in Italy, in San Giovanni Teatino (CH) and in Manoppello (PE) - is looking for a candidate to join the company for the position of Junior HR Generalist. The ideal candidate, working closely with the HR Manager and the HR team, will support HR-related processes and HR improvement and development projects;
he/she should have a strong aptitude for teamwork and contact with people, as well as a strong interest in the world of human resources.

The candidate will perform the following activities: Support the HR team in daily activities: selection processes, training, onboarding, performance appraisals, employee data management, mandatory communications, organization of company events, vacation monitoring etc.Manage employee requests and provide them with the necessary supportManage employee trainingsParticipate in the planning and organization of HR activitiesProcess accurate information and reports that support the management teamProvide administrative support for all activities and updating of HR organizational documents (organizational charts, job descriptions, etc.)Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and systems The main skills required for this position are:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a teamExcellent knowledge of the Office package (primarily Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Good knowledge of the English language Educational background: Master's degree in humanities, economics or equivalent
1-2 years experience required
